Long Term Opportunities

YWAM offers many opportunities in North Africa -- and all over the world -- for those considering long term work. Placement decisions are made through prayerful consultation between you and the leadership of YWAM North Africa. Please contact us so we can help you walk through the steps involved in joining our team.

The successful completion of a Discipleship Training School (DTS) is a prerequisite for long term work. Your prior experience and training will also receive full consideration.

Since YWAM is a fully volunteer organization, no one receives a salary. Each worker, from the International Director to the newest recruit, looks to God for his or her own needs. God's faithfulness in providing comes in many ways. Some staff members receive regular support from a home church, friends, and/or families, while others rely on God's provision through other means.
